If you have never heard of Winden and see a charge on your debit or credit card from us, most likely your card has been compromised.
If you think that someone is using your card without your permission, please immediately contact your bank and cancel your card.
As our transactions are processed instantly, there is no way for us to cancel or refund the transaction.
