Sometimes a virtual card will need to be frozen due to unauthorized activity.

To freeze your virtual card you will first click on the Cards tab at the top of the main Dashboard.

Then you will select the card you would like to freeze.

Then you will select Freeze under the manage card section.

There you will be asked to confirm if you wish to continue with freezing the card. Click on Freeze Card to continue to freeze your card.
