Sometimes a virtual or physical card will need to be frozen due to unauthorized activity or if the card has been stolen or misplaced.

To freeze your debit card you will first click on the Cards tab at the top of the main Dashboard.

Then you will select the card you would like to freeze. Once the card is selected you will click the Freeze Card button.
