Bank Verification letters are now available for you to download and export right from your Winden account dashboard. These letters can be accessed from a web browser and soon they will be available on the mobile app.

To get started just sign in to your Winden account and from the dashboard click on the three dots next to the Send Money button. Then select Bank Verification Letter from the drop-down menu.

Then a PDF version of the Bank verification letter will pop up and the customer can export it from there.

On the Mobile App, you will start by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right side of the screen.

Then you will select Account Details from the menu.

Next, you will click the Bank Verification Letter button at the bottom of the screen. From there you can export the letter.
