Certain account updates must be done through our customer service department. For phone number updates, and legal name or business name changes you must contact our customer service department.
To update your address or email address you can do that from your Winden account dashboard.
Start by logging in and selecting your name icon in the top right corner. Then you will click on settings.
This will take you to a new screen and you can select to either change your address or email address.
In order to complete these changes you will be asked to complete verification.
Once you have been verified you can update the address and save your changes.
